The logo for the new non-profit organization "Made in Long Beach," was inspired by the cities long time nautical and industrial roots. Being one of the nations largest import/export ports, the organizations message of lending a local hand is portrayed thru the symbol.

Post Positive Design won first place at the 38th Annual Key Art Awards for the design of Kurt Cobain - About A Son Documentary DVD packaging! The event was held at the amazing Geffen Contemporary Museum at MOCA in downtown L.A. and celebrates all of the hard work that goes into creating artwork for the entertainment industry.  Awards were given in many different categories including packaging, trailers, posters, TV spots, websites and more! 

Transformers The Complete Series 25th Anniversary boxset is finished and available now! This documentary on the late Kurt Cobain has just been nominated by the 2009 Hollywood Reporter "Key Art Awards," being held at the Los Angeles MOCA on June 12. Stay tuned to find out if we win the Documentary category and take home an award!

April 1 was my second presentation on Graphic Design to a large group. These kids were amazing, the 6th graders we're really enthusiastic about design and certainly knew much more about it at their age than I did. It feels great to give back to the youngsters and hopefully steer them in the right direction. Thanks to everyone at Jean Farb Elementary School in San Diego, CA.
